Job Description Key Responsibilities ·   Manage charging operations during the assigned shift as per production plans. ·   Monitor charging parameters and ensure adherence to quality specifications. ·   Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and charging infrastructure. ·   Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for issue resolution. ·   Monitor shift performance and take corrective actions to achieve production targets. ·   Maintain production records, charging reports, and process documentation. ·   Ensure compliance with EHS standards and statutory requirements. ·   Support implementation of process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives. ·   Train operators on charging processes, safety practices, and quality requirements.
