The People & Culture Onboarding Associate delivers an exceptional pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new hires and boomerang candidates joining the firm. The People & Culture Associates cultivate strong working relationships with new hires, recruiters, capacity and resource management, and other Grant Thornton internal stakeholders who participate in new hire orientation.
