Overview
We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to be a part of the Centralized Onboarding (COB) Team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/pay rolled employees ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
On any given day, as an Onboarding Coordinator you will:
Facilitate associate onboarding activities including:
Required federal/state mandated documents such as Form I-9, Form W-4, State specific Tax Forms
Client specifics documents
Pre-employment screenings and other onboarding tasks as needed
Execute daily follow-ups to associates
Enter/update associate information into Atriums HRIS and timekeeping systems
Maintain/update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress
Role consists of 100% account administration

Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of work experience
Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with associates
Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and steps into the associate’s shoes and show you care
Curiosity: understand the associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping
Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating
Delight: constantly think about making associate happy and always go the extra mile
Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggest solutions
Diligence: thorough, meticulous, and have astonishing attention to detail
Positivity: warm, upbeat, and energizing and will brighten anyone’s day
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to commute to our Westerville, OH office on a hybrid schedule.
Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours (EST).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
