Manufacturing Associate III (Woodshop Fabrication)

This position supports the production of quality wood products by operating and maintaining a variety of woodworking and manufacturing equipment while following established safety, quality, and production standards. The role requires reading technical drawings and work instructions, performing measurements and inspections, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adapting to changing production needs. Success in this position depends on strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while also supporting and training team members as needed.
