That means more destinations, more partners, more drivers and more travellers counting on us every day. To keep up, we're evolving our Operations function, and new roles open often, sometimes at short notice. We want to be ready with the right people when they do. Where you could make an impact Driver supply: growing our driver and fleet partner network in the right places at the right time Regional & destination operations: owning results in a city or region, from capacity to service quality Market launch: opening new destinations and relaunching existing ones Live operations & customer support: keeping rides running in real time and solving problems as they happen Quality & driver engagement: setting the standard for a premium ride and keeping drivers engaged Operational excellence & data: improving processes, automation and reporting Requirements Who we'd love to hear from Operations experience in a fast-paced business, ideally mobility, travel, marketplaces, logistics or on-demand services Proven ability to manage high volumes of tasks, requests or partners while keeping quality high and deadlines met Comfortable with constant change: you stay calm under pressure, prioritise quickly and solve problems as they come up Strong communication skills, written and spoken, with people at every level, from drivers and partners to senior stakeholders Excellent organisation and coordination: you keep many moving…
