As an Operations Client Partner, you will act as the key operational liaison between clients, commercial teams, and internal operational functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing operational requests, driving improvements, and building trusted client relationships.
This is a client-facing position requiring a strong combination of operational expertise, stakeholder management, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business-as-usual services. 
Act as a key point of contact for operational matters, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to address requests and resolve issues. 
Communicate delivery updates, potential delays, risks, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders. 
Support and coordinate pre-delivery and post-production quality checks to ensure operational excellence. 
Lead operational projects, product enhancements, and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution. 
Translate client requirements into operational and technical specifications while considering system capabilities and operational processes. 
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective operational solutions. 
Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience. 
Manage operational requests related to database services, change requests, feasibility assessments, and product coding activities. 
Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Experience working in a client-facing environment and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to connect business needs with practical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. 
Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
