We’re passionate about driving innovation and redefining the future of delivery.   ROLE OVERVIEW 📝 The Day Ops Manager is a critical role at our depots. As the Day Ops Manager, you are accountable for site performance during your shift—end-to-end across under-the-roof and on-the-road operations. For on-the-road, you will manage and lead driver set-off in the morning while proactively supporting drivers and their service levels throughout the day. In the depot, you will oversee any daytime under-the-roof activities and bridges required from the previous day/week, as well as forward labour planning. You will lead a team of Coordinators and you will need to have the highest standards of professionalism and discipline, leading by example in every moment. This is an on-site role embedded in the day-to-day operations. The shifts for this role are a 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern which will require you to work one day on the weekend.
