Serving as a key partner to the Development and Construction teams, this individual helps guide projects from initial concept and pricing through finance closing. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence some of the region's most impactful development projects while collaborating with senior leadership and a diverse team of experts across development, construction, finance, design, legal, and property management.   Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for turning complex development visions into reality. The Operations Project Manager is entrusted with driving schedules, coordinating critical stakeholders, maintaining budget objectives, and ensuring compliance requirements are met, helping to deliver high-quality communities that create lasting value for residents and neighborhoods.   Job Details   Consultant Engagement and Coordination: Engage and direct external design consultants, oversee consultant coordination meetings. Build and maintain the soft cost/pre-development budget. Coordinate and manage project and stakeholder timelines and the resolution of coordination challenges to ensure project success. Coordinate initial pricing and scheduling with centralized construction resources.   Project Planning and Execution: Review and identify risks, develop a working knowledge of due diligence and entitlement conditions, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Develop a detailed entitlement schedule, engage with local authorities early, and conduct thorough due diligence on zoning and permitting requirements.
