Operations Team Manager - Specialist Weight Management Service

We’re looking for a people-focused and data-driven Operations Team Manager to join Second Nature's Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS). At Second Nature, we’re on a mission to eradicate obesity and type 2 diabetes by combining science, clinical rigour, and personalised member experiences. We're now the UK's largest digital-health provider to the NHS, having been running for over 12 years. After many years of loss making, we've been profitable and sustainable for the last few years, allowing us to make better medium and long-term decisions for the product, internal systems, and our team. As part of the Specialist Weight Management Service and wider operations team, you’ll design and embed the systems and processes that enable us to scale high-quality health coaching for our NHS and private services. What you’ll do Lead and support our SWMS practitioner team: Manage a multidisciplinary team of remote healthcare practitioners, including dietitians, nutritionists, and psychological wellbeing practitioners, creating a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure operational excellence: You’ll simplify complex workflows, reduce friction for your team, and use data to design smarter, more efficient ways of working. Build out data dashboards and reporting: You’ll create and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility of key performance metrics, automate where possible, and make data accessible and easy to understand.
