Job Identification Machine Operator Mission Statement Operate Filler/block and ensure adherence of laid down procedure for Blowing & Filling operations   Main Responsibilities Perform the smooth and efficient Filler Operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.  If there is block filler, Filler operator will operate filler and blowers, will follow the blower operator JDs as well.  In case of RGB line with manual visual inspection, filler operator would also sit on visual inspection stations as per rotation plan.  Maintain Daily checklist and log book related to Filler machine.   Fill the maintenance and online inspection forms.  Timely response / handling in case of any abnormality.  Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Filler Machine/accessories.  Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material to Filler operation.  Ensure minimum wastages of raw material (i.e. less than defined targets)  Follow the instructions of Qualified Operator, Line Foreman and seniors.  Set an example of good attitude, respect colleagues and work as a team member.  Perform quick changeovers (Flavor/Package) on a Machine as per requirement.  Participate in External/Internal projects in relevant areas.  Give timely information about Spare Parts requirement.  Machine cleaning and maintenance to keep machine in good working condition  Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.  Assignments by seniors.  Cleaning of machine and surrounding area  To learn and operate other machines  Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system  Candidate Education Associate Degree/DAE
