Associate Director, Product Engineering

Responsibilities Shape the technical and product direction of solutions across Trinity's portfolio Contribute to solution architecture and build components of these solutions end-to-end Translate consulting methodology and client context into product requirements, data structures, and solution designs Contribute directly to AI/ML initiatives and development of agentic capabilities Support data-product design across sourcing, structuring, and modeling decisions Work alongside consultants and subject-matter experts to ensure solutions meet client needs Required experience A track record of taking software or data products from concept to market Range across the stack: comfort operating as a software architect, hands-on engineer, and product owner within the same project Strong grounding in modern data and application architecture Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, including agentic systems architecture Consulting or client-facing experience in life sciences, pharma commercial, or an adjacent analytics-heavy domain Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and set direction for others once a workstream matures Bachelor's or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field Nice to have Experience designing data products Experience with commercial pharma analytics or launch analytics
