Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 Loan repayment through the NHSC and Michigan State Loan Repayment Program for select roles Optometrists are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and vision conditions Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments Educate patients on vision care, treatment plans, and preventative eye health Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the medical record Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program Current or eligible licensure to practice optometry in the state of Michigan What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Supportive clinical and administrative staff Work-Life Balance: No nights.
