As an Oracle EPM Planning Senior Lead (Senior Manager), you will serve as a Delivery and Engagement Lead on enterprise planning and finance transformation programs, responsible for shaping solutions, owning client relationships, and driving delivery across multiple engagements.   As a Senior Manager, you will: •    Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery of multiple Oracle EPM Planning engagements simultaneously, including scope, workplan, risk and issue management (RAID), financial management, quality, and overall delivery outcomes.  •    Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, Finance Directors), providing guidance on finance transformation and enterprise planning strategies.  •    Own and provide direction on solution design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and long‑term sustainability. •    Lead definition of future-state planning processes and operating models, leveraging Oracle EPM capabilities to drive improved efficiency and business insight. •    Drive alignment across Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and program success. •    Provide functional leadership across Oracle EPM Planning solutions, including the full suite of EPBCS modules.  •    Oversee planning model design and solution architecture (drivers, assumptions, scenarios, workflows, reporting outputs) to ensure solutions are scalable,…
