Initial assessment of scope of the water/mold/fire damage. Securing the project. Directly coordinate with RMR team members. Maintaining “Clean Guys” standards. Always provide the highest level of customer service. Participating on the RMR on-call rotation. Ability to communicate with insurance adjusters. Updating referral partners on job status. Responding to incoming calls immediately/maintain an average 60 min response time. Assisting homeowners/property owners with filing insurance claims. Following up with all pending leads daily. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed in real time. Qualifications Customer service experience required. On call shifts required. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Clean driving record. Valid Arizona driver’s license required. Comfortable with technology (smart phone, laptop, CRM). Lift/Carry up to 100lbs. 3+ years sales experience (preferred).
