About the Role: We are hiring Packing Associates to support warehouse and packaging operations at our Monmouth Junction facility. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous experience is not required. Selected candidates will receive training to understand the facility's processes and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Pack and prepare products according to company procedures Inspect products before packaging Label and organize packaged items Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality standards Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed Requirements: No previous packing or warehouse experience required Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the shift Reliable and able to follow instructions Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment
