The opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a Partner to join our nationally renowned Trust, Tax and Estates team, based in Cambridge with a flexible hybrid working model (two days in the office). The role offers genuine long‑term career development, with scope to help shape and grow the practice.
You will lead complex, high‑value Trusts & Estates matters for multi‑generational families, acting as a trusted adviser and contributing to client relationships, practice development and the continued strategic growth of the team alongside a collaborative and established partnership.

Key Responsibilities
General duties include, but are not limited to:
Leading on a broad range of trust, tax and estate matters, including succession planning, complex wills, trusts structuring and administration, and advising high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries and charitable bodies.
Effectively manage an individual caseload, and delegate to and provide supervision to more junior members of the team as required.
Playing a key role in the growth and development of the Cambridge offering, contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust, Tax and Estates team.
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance across the team.
