The role, in one line You will be the first point of contact for potential Payhawk partners. You will find and qualify the right ones, then book meetings with them for our Partner Manager. You will be working as part of a small team of Partnerships Development Representatives. What you will own Partner prospecting: Research and identify potential partners that fit Payhawk's strategic goals. That includes understanding each partner's business model and pain points, and how Payhawk can solve their challenges. Outreach and engagement: Develop and carry out a strategy for reaching potential partners, using personalised emails, phone calls and LinkedIn messages. You will introduce Payhawk and the potential benefits of a partnership in a subtle, non-intrusive way. Lead qualification: Talk to potential partners to understand their business needs and qualify their interest in partnering with Payhawk. You will judge fit against key criteria such as business goals, market positioning and willingness to partner. Appointment setting: Schedule meetings between the Partner Manager and qualified potential partners. Make sure every meeting is with a partner who is genuinely interested and fits Payhawk's strategic objectives. Follow-up and nurturing: Follow up with potential partners after first contact, keep them engaged and answer their questions or concerns, so the Partner Manager has a steady flow of leads. Handover to the Partner Manager: Once a meeting is booked, prepare a detailed handover that gives the Partner Manager all the context they need, including the partner's needs, expectations and any previous communication. Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with the Partner Manager and other teams, such as Sales, Marketing and Product, to stay aligned on partnership strategy and gather insights that improve your outreach campaigns.
