This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Med.
The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery of parts to support field operations. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.
Requirements
Update and maintain parts pricing of the parts catalog
Research & Source parts back to the original manufacturer
Source new vendors & maintain vendor catalog
Support service technicians with needed parts to complete service repair
Process customer quotes and orders
Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment
Manage multiple priorities and urgent requests without compromising accuracy
Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows

Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency with inventory systems, Excel, or similar tools
Salary: $60,000 annually
