Paint Department Coordinator

Exciting new job opening In this role, you will: Staffing Management *** Time spent on and with night shift will be required for all the below tasks *** - Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix - Keep an up-to-date schedule posted – Vacations/Vacancies/Etc. - Participate in shift lead vacancy/loa/vacation coverage - Time and Attendance management Lean Manufacturing Initiatives - Manage TPM coordination- Manage/assign labor for each AM - Complete tasks and add comments in EAM - Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads - Review/revise AM tasks as needed - Coordinate with maintenance before and during TPM events - Manage 5S Activities within the Dept- Generate 5S assignments - Audit completion of tasks and provide feedback - Involved in day-to-day continuous improvement activities and problem solving Supplies Management - Keep track of all paint supplies and reorder as needed - Ownership of special operational related projects - Other miscellaneous tasks as deemed necessary Ownership of special operational related projects Other miscellaneous tasks as deemed necessary
