In this role, you'll work directly with patients to answer questions about their healthcare accounts, explain payment options, and help resolve account concerns with compassion and professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals with customer service, call center, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail leadership, or collections experience who enjoy helping others and making a positive impact. What you will do Answer incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding healthcare accounts Assist patients with payment arrangements and account resolution Research and resolve account questions and concerns Update patient information and account documentation Provide a positive, professional experience on every interaction Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues efficiently Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Requirements What We are Looking for Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain professional during difficult conversations Strong problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Detail-oriented and organized Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Complete Billing Services ?
