Patient Service Officer (Central)

As a Patient Service Officer, you will be part of a team who is focused on delivering high quality healthcare experiences for the patients: Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services. Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines. Assist in making appointments for the patients. Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required. Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors review and follow up. Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts. Requirements Have passion in healthcare and keen to learn. Driven, dedicated and willing to serve.
