A Global Payroll Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering payroll transformation, implementation, and optimization projects across multiple countries while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and stakeholder alignment.
Specific Responsibilities:
Lead global payroll implementations and transformations.
Presenting and communicating to C Suite
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate payroll vendors, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, and local country teams.
Manage payroll system migrations, integrations, and process standardization.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy requirements.
Drive testing, parallel payroll runs, and deployment activities.
