Role Overview
As People and Culture Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR analytics, while supporting day-to-day HR activities and developing practical HR knowledge.
About The Role:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up communication.
• Support hiring managers and the HR team in coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining hiring trackers.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including document verification, employee record maintenance, and induction coordination.
• Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, payroll inputs, incentive data, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Assist in maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies,
statutory requirements, and audit processes.
• Support performance management activities by maintaining appraisal records and tracking timelines.
• Assist in coordinating learning and development programs, training schedules, and employee development initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, headcount, onboarding, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
Skills Needed

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
Working Days
The position follows a 6-day work week, from Monday to Saturday.
