Scaling this mission takes a People function that's just as rigorous, clear and compliant, precision isn't optional it is the standard and this extends to how we build and support our team. As People Operations Specialist, you'll be a hands-on part of that foundation, owning first-tier employee support while growing into broader People Operations responsibilities.
Your roadmap to make an impact
Employee support & documentation: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and own HR-related documentation, including Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, Zeugnisse , and other employee documents.
Benefits & HR administration: Handle employee questions around benefits and support the day-to-day administration of benefits and other HR processes.
Employment contracts: Support employment contract processes, including preparing new contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
Payroll: Support payroll-related processes and data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
Keep employee data accurate and up to date: Maintain personnel master data and documentation with a high level of precision and confidentiality.
Take on different responsibilities: Get involved across HR Operations and take ownership of new topics as they arise, constantly getting involved in different areas, figuring things out, and getting things done.
Learn and grow: Build experience across the employee lifecycle and take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role.
Ownership & initiative: You take responsibility, follow things through, and proactively solve problems rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Fast learner & hands-on mindset: You pick up new topics quickly, enjoy figuring things out, and are happy to jump into different areas and take on new responsibilities.
Reliable & detail-oriented: You’re highly organized and precise, especially when working with employee data, contracts, payroll, and other sensitive information.
Strong communication skills: You’re approachable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast paced international environment
Fluent German and strong English , both written and spoken are required.
