The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Finance modules, PeopleTools, Application Designer, and technical development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Finance applications while collaborating with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions. The EM can edit and populate the description with project-specific requirements, preferred modules, client details, work location, and other relevant information. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications. Work on PeopleTools development, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and related tools. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations, interfaces, reports, and enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PeopleSoft Finance applications. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams. Perform unit testing, debugging, and support during SIT/UAT and production releases. Support integrations between PeopleSoft Finance and external systems. Prepare technical documentation and follow development and change management standards. Mandatory Skills 4–8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft Finance / PeopleSoft Financials. Strong hands-on experience in PeopleTools. Proficiency in PeopleCode development. Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer. Hands-on experience in Application Engine. Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
