Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing,
and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple brands and business verticals.
The role will have a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with responsibility for driving
measurable growth across D2C websites, marketplaces, and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working
across multiple brands, audiences, products, and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta
and Google Ads.
Develop full-funnel paid media strategies covering awareness, acquisition, conversion,
and retention.
Manage prospecting, remarketing, dynamic ads, lookalike audiences, and other relevant
campaign formats.
Develop channel strategies based on individual brand objectives, target audiences, and
business goals.
Manage campaigns across multiple brands and categories.
2. Budget & Performance Management
Plan monthly campaign budgets and allocate spends across channels and brands.
Optimize campaigns against key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CR,
and revenue.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
Monitor campaign spend and ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Continuously evaluate channel and campaign-level performance.
3. Creative Testing & Optimization
Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Content teams to develop performance-oriented
ad creatives.
Identify creative concepts, formats, messaging, and offers that can improve campaign
performance.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and
campaign structures.
Use performance data to provide actionable feedback to creative teams.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Analyze performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to management.
Use GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and other relevant
analytics tools.
Track customer acquisition, conversion, revenue, and profitability metrics.
Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and business
outcomes.
5. D2C & Marketplace Growth
Drive traffic, customer acquisition, and conversions for D2C websites.
Support marketplace performance initiatives, including platforms such as Amazon and
other relevant marketplaces.
Collaborate with e-commerce teams on promotions, launches, offers, and seasonal
campaigns.
Align paid media campaigns with broader brand and commercial objectives.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, Creative, Content, E-commerce, Sales, and Technology
teams.
