Job description
As a Performance media specialist , you are the engine driving the execution and performance of our clients' campaigns. Autonomous and rigorous, you lead the media strategy end-to-end—from initial structuring to advanced optimization—while guaranteeing key KPI achievements. You play a central pivotal role within the team: collaborating closely on client relationships, serving as an operational guide for junior managers and specialists, and supporting the senior team on the overall strategic vision.
Key responsibilities (What you'll do daily)
Campaign management & optimization : Independently structure, launch, and monitor the pacing and performance of search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
Performance culture : Ensure proactive and continuous account optimization aligned with client business objectives (CPA, ROAS, Conversions).
Quality control & mentorship : Oversee trafficking, setup, and platform health for junior campaign managers to guarantee operational excellence.
Analysis & impact reporting : Produce and analyze weekly performance reports to extract clear insights on drivers, friction points, and next steps.
Client relations : Actively participate in preparing and presenting digital media strategies and plans to clients, simplifying complex data into clear recommendations.
Strategy & innovation : Contribute to media strategy development (media plans, roadmaps) and test new industry features and trends (AI, measurement tools).
Qualifications & assets (What you bring)
Education : University degree or college diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (a specialization in digital marketing is an asset).
Work experience : 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns (ideally with solid agency experience).
Platform expertise : Advanced proficiency across paid media environments, including programmatic, social media, and SEM/PPC (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Campaign Manager,…
