Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities will scale based on experience level and may include:
Core Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications
Build and integrate APIs and responsive user interfaces
Write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code
Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver business value
Modern Engineering Practices
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve quality
Contribute to cloud-first development practices using Azure services
Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
Help evolve engineering standards, reusable components, and best practices
Performance, Quality & Collaboration
Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability
Build and execute automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Partner with product and business stakeholders on solution design
Advanced Contributions (Mid–Senior Levels)
Influence system architecture and design decisions
Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Drive adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities
