Staff Pharmacist – Long-Term Care $115,000–$135,200 per year | Full-time | Primarily Monday–Friday Leave the retail counter behind. Join a closed-door long-term care pharmacy with no drive-thru or public-facing prescription counter, a primarily Monday-through-Friday schedule, eight-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Retail pharmacy experience is welcomed, and long-term care experience is not required. Guardian Pharmacy of South Carolina is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our growing Charleston team. We serve assisted-living communities, skilled-nursing facilities, and individuals with complex medication needs throughout South Carolina. Schedule and Compensation Annual salary range of $115,000–$145,000, based on experience and qualifications Primarily Monday-through-Friday schedule Eight-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Weekend rotation of approximately one weekend every three months No overnight shifts Minimal on-call responsibilities Paid holidays and sick time Generous vacation benefits based on years of service A Different Pharmacy Environment This position allows you to continue using your clinical knowledge and professional judgment without many of the daily pressures of a traditional retail setting.
