About the Role: The Pharmacy Director will lead and oversee all pharmacy operations within the organization, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical services. This role is pivotal in developing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Pharmacy Director will manage pharmacy staff, optimize workflow processes, and implement best practices to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. They will collaborate closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and external partners to support integrated care models and improve medication management. Ultimately, the Pharmacy Director will drive innovation and continuous improvement to uphold the highest standards of pharmacy practice across all locations. Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the United States. Minimum of 7 years of progressive pharmacy experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Demonstrated experience in budget management and operational oversight within a healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate residency training or board certification in a pharmacy specialty. Experience working in a hospital, health system, or large multi-site pharmacy environment.
