Recruit, place, and manage PSC-based phlebotomists across our growing site network. Support the setup of new Patient Service Centers (PSC), including site identification, staffing, and readiness for launch. Build and maintain relationships with phlebotomy vendors and site partners nationwide. Own the scheduling process for both IOP and PSC phlebotomists, ensuring consistent coverage and minimal service gaps. Manage end-to-end onboarding for new phlebotomists, including credentialing, training coordination, and compliance documentation. Manage phlebotomy supply inventory across sites (draw kits, PPE, shipping supplies, etc.). Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent disruptions to draw operations.
