Physical Security Associate Oklahoma City, OK Full Time Onsite BancFirst Tower: 100 North Broadway, Oklahoma City, OK 73102 Position Summary The Physical Security Associate supports BancFirst's branch network — over 100 locations across Oklahoma — by carrying out Physical Security Reviews under the bank's formalized risk-scoring model, manual, and field review process. This position works directly alongside the Physical Security Officer, sharing responsibility for the full review cycle: on-site assessments, documentation, executive reporting, and issue-resolution tracking. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Branch Reviews — Complete on-site branch Physical Security Reviews using the Field Review Workbook, following the standardized risk-scoring model and review manual. Travel — Travel to branch locations statewide on a scheduled basis, based on each branch's assigned review frequency (24, 36, or 48 months). Risk Scoring — Support the annual risk-scoring data collection process for every branch in the network. Scenario-Based Guidance & Exercise — Assist with facilitating scenario-based guidance and exercises to reinforce branch preparedness, employee response, and physical security best practices. Documentation and Reporting — Document review findings accurately and completely, and assist in preparing Executive Summary reports for branch Presidents, CSOs, Managers, and Regional Executives. Issue Tracking — Track identified issues through to resolution, following up with branch personnel as needed to confirm corrective action is completed. Collaboration — Partner with the Physical Security Officer on process improvements, training support for branch Presidents and CSOs, and other physical security initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, risk management, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in physical security, risk management, banking operations, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured scoring models and standardized documentation. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports for a range of audiences from branch staff to executives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Oklahoma, including overnight travel as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to travel by vehicle to branch locations statewide, walk branch premises during reviews (including exterior grounds and interior spaces), and occasionally lift or move review equipment.
