About the Job
We're seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care focused on prevention, early intervention, and long-term wellness.
You'll care for patients ages 2 and older, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and empowering patients through education and ongoing support.

Hours: 18 hours per week
Clinic Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care through in-person and virtual visits, as clinically appropriate
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for patients ages 2+
Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
Promote preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management through patient education
Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians to support coordinated, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to applicable medical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
