Dates: 04/16/2023 starting @ 7PM 04/24/2023 at 7AM 05/06/2023 starting at 7AM 05/09/2023 at 7PM 05/18/2023 starting at 7AM 05/24/2023 at 7PM May be some flexibility with dates. Please list blocks of availability for April May and June. Does Provider need to be Board Certified- Yes Are Temp Privileges Available- Yes Is there trauma involved? If so, what level? Yes, Level 3 What certifications are required for privileges? ATLS & ACLS Clinic and call schedule/ratio: 24 HR call w/possibly 1-2day clinic How many beds in the hospital? 178 Will they be solo or have other surgeons on staff?
