As a Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll join a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where mentorship, growth, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, counsellors, and more—to deliver coordinated, high-quality care to a diverse range of clients. You’ll be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, persistent pain, and chronic health conditions. Compensation: Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $90,000–$130,000+ annually . The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64% , depending on experience and qualifications. Hours: We are open to someone looking for part time, full time, or for someone who is looking to build their availability to full time over time. We have shifts available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2:00 - 8:00pm, Tuesdays from 8 am- 2 pm (option for earlier start time) and Saturdays from 8:30 - 3:30pm. The expected start date for this position will be January 2027. As a Physiotherapist, you will: Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for a variety or patient populations including, Musculoskeletal presentations, Persistent Pain presentations, and Older Adults. Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and rooted in patient goals and values.
