Planning and Scheduling Coordinator
Fire Door Inspection Solutions (FDIS) – part of the IDSL Group Location: Mansfield | Full-time | 40 hours per week Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum
Fire Door Inspection Solutions (FDIS), part of the IDSL Group, is looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our fast-growing Operations team.
This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to take real ownership of the planning function and help shape how larger projects are coordinated as the business continues to grow.
Based within a busy, vibrant office environment, you’ll work closely with our Project Managers, joiners, operational teams and customers to make sure projects are fully planned, properly resourced and ready to deliver from day one.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating joiners across larger fire door and passive fire protection projects, ensuring the right people, materials, access and programme requirements are in place.
The ISDL Group also manufactures its fire doors in-house, giving the business greater control over quality, supply and project delivery, and giving you the opportunity to work closely with both operational and manufacturing teams.
You’ll act as a key link between our internal teams and customers, keeping projects organised, communication clear and works progressing smoothly from initial planning through to completion.
If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business and really make the role your own.
