Responsibilities:
Responsible for project planning and programming
Prepare technical proposals for pre-qualification and tender submissions, including tender program, method statements, site layout plans etc.
Attend pre-tender briefings, site visits and tender interviews
Prepare monthly report of work progress summary
Coordinate with other departments for necessary technical input and work progress such as temporary works design, buildability advice, plant and logistic arrangement etc.
Requirements:
Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years experiences in Building Construction and experiences in Planning and Programming is preferred
Familiar with the use of Planning software, e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P3/ P6
