Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader Main Purpose of the job 主要工作目的 负责客户端质量问题快速反应，减少客户抱怨； 推动问题改善，削减外部质量损失成本； 客户关系维护，提高客户满意度 ； 负责IATF16949质量体系在工厂的有效运行，应对一方/二方/三方审核及文件控制管理； 协助管理者代表，在工厂内推行全面质量管理； 在工厂内部推行FES体系，8QB审核得分提升； Responsible for rapid response to client quality issues to reduce customer complaints; Promote problem improvement to reduce external quality loss costs; Maintain customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction; Responsible for the effective operation of the IATF16949 quality system in the plant, handling first-party/second-party/third-party audits and document control management; Assist the management representative in implementing total quality management within the plant; Implement the FES system within the plant and improve 8QB audit scores; Your mission, roles and responsibilities Main Job Responsibilities & Missions 主要岗位职责及任务 负责客户端质量问题统筹响应，负责问题分析并推动内外部问题改善，客诉目标达成； 汇总客户端问题数据&信息，形成质量日报并通报相关人员； 客户关系维护，定期拜访+管理会议沟通，TCS达成目标； 对客户系统进行定期维护，按时提交客户要求资料，客户绩效月度确认； 驻厂人员日常工作管理（招聘、技能培训等）； 售后投诉问题清单分析+索赔申诉处理； 负责对应客户审核及特殊要求； 负责变更管理客户端资料的提交及交付状态确认； 负责IATF16949质量管理体系在工厂的有效运行； 负责编写修订相关质量文件，指导公司各部门的体系文件编写及相应文控管理；                         督促整个组织能够遵循标准要求，确保全过程符合IATF16949标准要求； 负责同二方、三方认证机构及咨询机构的外部联系,及时与二方、三方审核员联络并策划审核接待相关事宜 负责对应一方/二方/三方审核，消除严重不符合项，对一般不符合项进行问题分析并制定纠正措施，提交整改报告并跟踪措施的有效性，直至审核问题项关闭； 推动KATA/QRCI，8D等分析工具的实施，系统解决问题； 推行FES体系，实施8QB审核；        实施培训，提升员工对QMS的理解和认知度； 制定年度审核计划，按期实施计划并推动改善； 完成N+1交办的其它工作任务；  Responsible for coordinating responses to client quality issues, conducting problem analysis, and driving internal and external issue resolution to achieve customer complaint targets;  Summarize client issue data and information, generate quality daily reports, and communicate them to relevant personnel;  Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and management meetings to achieve TCS targets;  Perform regular maintenance of customer systems, submit required documents on time, and confirm monthly customer performance;  Manage daily work of on-site personnel (recruitment, skills training, etc.);  Analyze after-sales complaint issue lists and handle claims and appeals;  Responsible for customer audits and special requirements;  Responsible for submitting and confirming the delivery status of change management client documents;  Responsible for the effective operation of the IATF16949 quality management system in the plant;  Responsible for drafting and revising relevant quality documents, guiding all company departments in system document preparation and corresponding document control management;  Supervise the organization to ensure compliance with standard requirements and guarantee that the entire process meets IATF16949 standard requirements;  Responsible for external communication with second-party, third-party certification bodies, and consulting organizations, timely contacting second-party and third-party…
