The team owns the architecture, standards, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines that development teams rely on to deliver code to the Judi® platform. We are also responsible for supporting production environments through monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices, while providing both enterprise-wide solutions and guidance to product teams. Position Summary: Judi Health is building the technology infrastructure our nation needs to deliver the healthcare we deserve. The Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for driving the adoption of world class reliability practices across the organization, ensuring the best possible experience for the lives we provide care for. As a Platform Developer, SRE, you will be working with our internal teams to fine tune customer driven monitoring, alerting, and iterative feedback loops to increase reliability across the entire engineering organization. Position Responsibilities: Work with internal development teams to distill customer facing metrics Assist internal development teams with crafting monitoring and alerting based on customer driven metrics Write terraform modules that assist in the onboarding of internal teams to our monitoring and alerting platform Help drive the adoption of world class site reliability principles and practices across the organization Adopt Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
