Facilitates "Self-service" capabilities by automating processes and providing flawless documentation. Translates business needs (support, experimentation, configuration) into scalable, reliable frontend and backend architecture decisions, taking into account the overall impact. Listens, understands, discusses, and prioritizes the needs of other developers within the context and status of the products. Designs APIs, boilerplates, and technical solutions focused on reducing friction, abstracting technical complexity, and enabling other teams to be as autonomous as possible.
