Overview Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Techs - We're Offering up to a $1500 Sign-on Bonus! We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Responsibilities Respond promptly to residential service calls and perform diagnostics and repairs on plumbing issues Repair, Install, replace plumbing fixtures and systems including sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, water heaters, drain lines and more. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and prevent future issues Test systems for leaks, pressure issues and proper functions Maintain accurate records of work performed Provide clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners, including cost estimates and options Comply with all state and local plumbing codes and regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including drainage, water supply, and heating systems. Ability to perform maintenance tasks related to plumbing installations or repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
