The EPEO organization is seeking a Portfolio Strategy & Transformation Lead to help advance portfolio strategy, organizational transformation, and operating model evolution across EPEO. This role partners with leaders and teams to improve strategic planning, OKR alignment, portfolio visibility, organizational rhythm, ways of working, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and facilitation skills to help translate organizational priorities into measurable outcomes and sustainable transformation.
