We are currently seeking a Junior Power Platform Analyst to support the US Navy’s Civilian Intelligence Personnel System.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards to track HR operations across multiple platforms
Maintain Power Flow automations for Position Description classification and reclassification request tracking
Develop and maintain Power Automate flow for multiple reports from HRLink
Support requests for Personnel Action Procedures
Verify documents are compliant with OCHR regulations and processed in a timely manner using DCPDS systems
Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboard to track HR operations across multiple platforms
Develop various Excel tools to support RPA verification and tracking requirements
Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret security clearance required
Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States
3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
