About the Team & Role:
Moomoo Financial Inc. is seeking a client-focused professional to manage relationships with our high-net-worth clientele. This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, market knowledge, and premium service—you will help clients discover and love what our platform can do, engage them in meaningful conversations about the markets, and provide white-glove support to resolve their challenges.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in private banking or wealth management, combined with experience in sales and trading. You possess a commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs, uncover growth opportunities, and deepen relationships in a way that drives measurable business outcomes. You understand how sophisticated investors think, what drives their trading decisions, and how to build lasting relationships through trust, credibility, and responsiveness.
What You'll Do:
1. High-Net-Worth Client Deepening & Retention
Manage the full lifecycle of HNW client relationships, proactively engaging with clients to understand their core investment objectives in U.S. and Hong Kong equities.
Drive client retention and asset growth by identifying at-risk clients, understanding the root cause of their concerns, and presenting tailored solutions to preserve and expand the relationship.
Engage in goal-oriented conversations to uncover client needs and guide them toward the platform's products and services that best support their financial goals.
Proactively monitor client accounts and activity levels; identify signs of dissatisfaction or potential attrition and initiate outreach to address concerns.
