We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, program, and operate press brake equipment to produce high-quality production parts that meet engineering and customer specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and manufacturing documentation, performing machine setups and tooling changes, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Drive at DTNA
Set up, program, and operate press brake equipment to manufacture production parts. Perform machine setups, tooling changes, program adjustments, and quality inspections while ensuring safety and product quality. Interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents to meet specifications, maintain a clean work area, and perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Minimum two years of machining, metal fabrication, or related manufacturing experience.
Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, precision gaging, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional requirements.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Hands-on experience setting up, programming, and operating Press Brake or similar CNC metal fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machine, tooling, setup, and dimensional issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring equipment, and maintaining tight tolerances to produce high-quality fabricated components.
