Job Summary The Principal Electrical Engineer within Engineering Services serves as the corporate Subject Matter Expert for electrical distribution systems, offsite power reliability, and associated regulatory requirements at Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations. This role provides governance, oversight, and technical leadership to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations, INPO guidance, and industry best practices. Job Responsibilities Maintain and advance deep technical expertise in electrical distribution and related plant systems for both stations. Support station personnel on complex, strategic, and emergent technical issues. Perform independent reviews of technical documents. Lead and coordinate complex engineering analyses and technical issue resolution beyond site capabilities. rive the resolution of cross industry issues affecting both stations. Represent PSEG Nuclear by influencing technical decision making at the industry level. Provide equipment reliability oversight during refueling outages and support outage readiness and external organizational assessments.
