Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding The Principal Enterprise Architect, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, is a pivotal role for an architect who wants to lead our organization in AI enablement for the enterprise. This role calls for a multi-faceted leader with demonstrable success in the discipline of enterprise architecture focused on business outcomes not simply activities. This role sets an example for the organization on architecture competency. The immediate priorities for this role are to help establish an AI Enabled Enterprise Architecture Program, and the AI reference architecture for developing our SDLC and building AI products.. They should be multi-disciplinary addressing Business, Data, Integration and Security architecture. They should be a leader in influencing change and transformation.  Responsibilities Adopt an AI approach and automate the delivery of EA services including architecture governance, application/technology portfolio management and business architecture. Develop Reference and Target Architectures for different technology and business domains Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and repository, including defining principles, standards, capability maps and reference and target state architecture for technology and business domains. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience Lead Solution Architecture for key enterprise initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather input, communicate architectural decisions, and ensure alignment with business and customer needs. Provide guidance and support to product development teams during the development, implementation, and integration of new software solutions  Research, design, and evaluate software solutions and conduct POCs to align with business requirements and strategic goals, considering factors such as scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness – consistently addressing time-to-value (build vs. buy)  Conduct regular reviews of the enterprise architecture to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, specifically in the context of software architecture and development practices  Qualifications Well versed in Artificial Intelligence with hands-on experience using AI for automation and insights.
