Principal OT Security Consultant

Bridewell holds the Gold level, Investors in People award which we feel solidifies and reflects on the outstanding calibre that makes us truly one team.   Due to Bridewell’s continued growth, we are looking for security focused individuals who bring deep expertise in OT cyber security across Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sectors and have an honest and empathetic approach to customer conversations. You will have hands on experience in a client facing role, with substantial experience across a broad range of security topics, whilst creating and leading high performing teams. You will also be continually developing key senior relationships both internally and externally, ensuring high quality delivery, identifying new opportunities and shaping service-based solutions to enable revenue growth across your respective services areas. Requirements At the Principal level, you will be leading projects with Bridewell’s key clients, whilst leading a high performing team, managing a team of Senior Lead and Senior consultants. Alongside this, you will be an industry expert, with experience in delivering large scale transformational OT and cyber security projects, implementing compliance frameworks, and managing multiple long standing customer relationships. You will have a strong knowledge across OT cyber security disciplines and control frameworks, often acting as a point of escalation for your team and providing services directly into customers. 1. Technical Delivery (OT Cyber Security) Perform OT risk assessments, threat modelling, and vulnerability assessments. Assess and/or assure compliance with the NIS Regulations, NCSC CAF, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and sector-specific guidance. Develop security measures and designs to deliver security improvements Provide expert guidance on common OT cyber security challenges such as secure integration of IT/OT systems, cloud connected OT, remote access, protecting legacy systems, and emerging technologies). Develop and review system hardening standards, network segmentation designs, asset management solutions, and security monitoring approaches for OT environments. 2. Consulting & Delivery Excellence Responsible for the development, performance management and ongoing continual improvement for your team and associated service area.
