Client Service Representative at Homewood Veterinary Care

Practice Homewood Veterinary Care officially opened as of October 2022! Previously Markham Animal Clinic, we outgrew our old facility and are very fortunate to have moved into a new, spacious, and beautiful hospital. We are an AAHA accredited practice and our team promotes modern medicine while also offering a great patient and client experience. Our new facility offers 6 exam rooms, dedicated surgery and dental suites, state of the art equipment, separate cat and dog areas (Fear Free of course!), and many other enhancements which will make it feel like home. More about the Role The Client Service Representative is the first point of contact for our clients, whether they are calling our hospital or walking through our doors. We are seeking someone with a bubbly, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and animals. The ideal candidate understands the importance of creating a positive first impression, remaining compassionate during stressful situations, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Anticipated Work Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Future Saturday Availability: Homewood Veterinary Care anticipates expanding its services to include Saturday appointments. Any future Saturday scheduling expectations will be discussed with team members prior to implementation. Schedules are subject to operational needs and applicable meal and rest break requirements.
