Mission of the Role The objective of this position is to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (customized solutions, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service) by designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving property management processes for multiple property management companies utilizing ProfitCoach services Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation (75%): Ability to conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, Sales, new services, and client-specific needs. Implement and test processes within workflow automation software, validating functionality and ensuring reliable execution across connected systems. Process Optimization (10%): Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, task delegation, timelines, and opportunities for automation. Review and optimize existing processes to align with PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific nuances, to ensure consistent execution and eliminate redundancy across workflows. Process Documentation (5%): Own process documentation, including creating, revising, and maintaining SOPs for internal use and client engagements, ensuring they reflect current workflows and best practices. Translate processes into clear visual diagrams using tools like LucidChart to support team alignment, training, and scalability. Quality Assurance (5%): Ensure that processes are designed and optimized in alignment with the PM Ops Standards, and industry best practices.
